Neopoxy MH60 | Solvent Free Epoxy Mortar

NEOPOXY MH60 is a high-performance, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy screeding and benching mortar designed for the protection of concrete. With exceptional chemical, impact, and abrasion resistance, it is ideal for harsh industrial environments.

NEOPOXY MH60 is a three-component, solvent free epoxy mortar designed to provide excellent protection for concrete surfaces in aggressive environments. Made from a blend of epoxy resins and specially selected quartz aggregates, the cured mortar exhibits superior resistance to a wide range of chemicals, acids, and alkalis, as well as high impact and abrasion resistance.

The mortar can be applied in both dry and damp conditions, with no shrinkage during curing, and is odorless, making it suitable for enclosed spaces. It is non-toxic and can be used in contact with potable water, making it an ideal choice for applications that require stringent safety standards.

NEOPOXY MH60’s thixotropic nature allows it to be applied vertically up to 10mm in a single coat, with the option of applying additional layers for a thicker build-up. Its resistance to high humidity ensures reliable curing even in challenging conditions.
